• DO NOT apply perfumes/water directly on to the jewelry.

• Avoid from extreme temperatures (fire or heat), soap/shampoos, moisture, or any liquids that may compromise the jewelry. 

• Follow the LIFO rule; Last in First Out. Let the jewelry be the last thing you wear and the first thing you take off.

• Keep away from children (If you have naughty ones!). Jokes apart, keep your pieces stored in separate zip-lock pouches, or the ones provided by us, in order to avoid wear & tear.

Re-Polishing

Our jewelry is Anti-Tarnish. Hence, the need for re-polishing may not occur easily. However, in case of such occurrences (which may be caused by regular usage, exposure to heat/liquids or even air), feel free to contact us at mokshali.jewelry@gmail.com. We provide re-polishing services at nominal charges.

• A product once sold cannot be returned or exchanged, nor can the payment amount be refunded under any circumstances.
• We take the utmost care in packing the products. However, if the product gets damaged during the shipping period, we will replace the product (subject to the recipient contacting us within 8 hours of product delivery).
• We will verify the damages and confirm the exchange. The buyer needs to send us back the damaged product within 7 days after receiving confirmation via email from us.
• Products returned after 7 working days shall not be accepted. Once the damaged product is received, we will send a replacement product. If the same product is not available for shipment, we will issue you a "Credit Note" and you can redeem it against any of our products. A credit note does not have an expiration date. Please note that there will be no money refunded in such cases.

How do I place an order? 
Browse through the website to view various categories and collections. Click on the product image and go through the product details. If you wish to buy the product please click on “Add to Cart”, and the product will be added to the cart. The cart can be seen in upper-right corner. Once you’re done shopping, click on the Cart, and click on ‘Proceed To Checkout’.

Do I need an account on Mokshali.com?
No. You can check out as a guest. We recommend creating an account as it is a lot easier for placing orders in future.

How accurate are the product colors displayed on the website?
Very. We strive to get the highest feasible resolutions on our website so as to display our products in its entire glory. However, details vary from screens to screens (Mobiles, TVs, Laptops, etc.).

What are the acceptable payment methods?
We accept all debit and credit cards issued in India. You can pay by net banking or through select wallets (PayU and Paytm) as well.

How can I track my order?
Once we’ve shipped your order and have received the tracking number, we’ll share the same with you & you can easily track your order.
